Simple isn't easy in a beer defined by the quality of its ingredients. In a panel moderated by Greg Engert of The Grand Delancey, we gather the keepers of the craft—suppliers, maltsters, brewers, and more to demonstrate the community’s commitment to quality and process long before the beer reaches its final form. We'll also discuss the care, intention, and detail that make the modern pilsner greater than the sum of its parts through the lens of a few exciting collaboration beers.
